• I hold a Masters degree (MSc) in Animal Behaviour from Newcastle University.
• I am a member of The Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors (APBC)
• The Fellowship of Animal Behaviour Clinicians (FABC)
• The Animal Behaviour and Training Council (ABTC)
